1. 服务说明
潮宿KEYS是连接全球创业者、数字游民和跨境团队的住宿与社区平台。我们以"会客厅模式"提供房源预订、活动报名和社区连接服务。本平台作为信息中介，不直接拥有或管理房源。
2. 用户账户
- 须提供真实、准确的注册信息
- 有责任保管好自己的账户安全
- 每人限注册一个账户
- 违规行为可能导致账户暂停或终止
3. 预订与取消
- 预订提交后需等待房东确认
- 付款凭证需在规定时间内提交
- 取消订单请遵循各房源的取消政策
- 不可抗力导致的取消，我们将协助协调退款
4. 支付条款
- 支付方式以平台显示为准
- 价格以人民币（¥）标示
- 付款凭证需真实有效
- 退款按各房源退订政策执行
5. 活动参与
- 报名后请按时参加
- 付费活动退款遵循组织者政策
- 参加活动时请遵守当地法律和活动规则
6. 用户行为规范
您同意不会：发布虚假内容、骚扰他人、破坏平台系统、用于非法目的。
7. 责任限制
本平台作为信息中介，不对房源实际状况与描述的差异、第三方导致的服务中断、用户间纠纷承担责任。
8. 适用法律
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。争议由平台运营地法院管辖。

By using ENJOYKEYS, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Description
ENJOYKEYS connects global entrepreneurs, digital nomads, and cross-border teams with accommodation and community events through our "Living Room" model. We operate as an information intermediary.
2. User Accounts
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain your account security
- One account per person
- Violations may result in account suspension
3. Bookings and Cancellations
- Bookings are subject to host confirmation
- Payment proof must be submitted on time
- Cancellations follow each property's policy
- Force majeure — we will assist with refund coordination
4. Payment Terms
- Payment methods as displayed on Platform
- Prices in Chinese Yuan (CNY/¥)
- Payment proof must be authentic
- Refunds per property cancellation policy
5. Event Participation
- Attend events you register for
- Paid event refunds per organizer's policy
- Comply with local laws and event rules
6. User Conduct
Do not: post false content, harass others, compromise systems, or use the Platform illegally.
7. Limitation of Liability
As an intermediary, we are not liable for property discrepancies, third-party service interruptions, or user disputes.
8. Governing Law
Governed by PRC law. Disputes resolved by courts where the Platform operates.
