潮宿 KEYS 支持以下支付方式。境外用户优先推荐 Stripe 国际卡 / 银行转账，境内用户首选支付宝。
We support the following payment methods. International guests should prefer Stripe / international wire; domestic guests use Alipay.
💰 支付宝Alipay
境内用户首选；国际访客可使用 Alipay Tour Pass 绑定境外卡使用。
Best for guests in China. International guests can use Alipay Tour Pass with overseas cards.
💳 国际信用卡（Stripe）International Cards (Stripe)
支持 Visa / Mastercard / Amex / JCB；以美元结算，按当日汇率换算。
Visa / Mastercard / Amex / JCB. Settled in USD at daily FX rate.
🏦 银行转账Bank / Wire Transfer
人民币对公账户与香港 / 新加坡 USD 账户均可，发起预订后由客服提供指定账户。
CNY corporate account, plus HK / SG USD accounts. Wiring details provided after booking is confirmed.
💸 微信支付WeChat Pay
境内长租客可申请微信收款码，单笔不超过 5 万元。
Available for domestic long-stay only, capped at ¥50k per transaction.
汇率与手续费FX & Fees
：所有报价以人民币（CNY）为准。Stripe 跨境结算自动按当日汇率换算并收取 ~3% 通道费（已包含在订单总额内）。银行电汇产生的中间行手续费由付款方承担。
: All prices are in CNY. Stripe converts at the daily rate with ~3% processor fee (already included in total). Wire intermediary fees are payer's responsibility.
🔐押金规则Deposit Rules
- 短租（≤30 晚）：通常无需押金，由酒店在前台另行核对身份证件。
- Short stays (≤30 nights): usually no deposit; the property collects ID at front desk.
- 长租（>30 晚）：押金 = 1 个月房租，签订电子租约后单独支付，不计入订单总额。
- Long stays (>30 nights): deposit equals 1 month's rent, paid separately after signing the e-lease.
- 整租别墅 / 高端房源：可能要求 ¥2000–¥5000 不等的损坏押金，退房后 7 个工作日内原路退回。
- Whole-villa / premium units: may require ¥2,000–¥5,000 damage deposit, refunded within 7 business days after check-out.

说明Note
：合作酒店房源以酒店发布的取消政策为准；KEYS 自营空间可联系客服协商灵活方案。Stripe 支付的退款将在 5–10 个工作日原路退回。
: Partner-hotel listings follow each hotel's policy. KEYS-managed spaces can negotiate via support. Stripe refunds reach the original card in 5–10 business days.
🛂入住前需要提交的材料Pre-arrival Documents
- 护照 / 港澳台通行证 / 身份证扫描件：所有入住客人均需提供。
- Passport / HK-MO-TW permit / Mainland ID scan: required for every guest.
- 有效中国签证或免签证明：外籍访客抵华前请确认签证状态。
- Valid China visa or visa-free proof: please confirm before arrival.
- 预计抵达时间：方便我们协调钥匙与接机/接站。
- Estimated arrival time: so we can coordinate keys / pickup.
- 同住人姓名 / 联系方式：合规要求，所有同住人都需在登记表上备案。
- Co-stay guests' names & contacts: required by local regulations.
提示Tip
：根据中国法规，所有入境外籍人士抵达后 24 小时内需在派出所或酒店进行临时住宿登记。我们的合作空间会自动协助办理；如果你住到非合作单元，请主动联系客服。
: Chinese regulations require all foreign visitors to register with the local police or their hotel within 24 hours of arrival. Our partner spaces handle this automatically; otherwise contact us.
🧾发票与收据Invoice & Receipt
- 电子收据：完成支付后 24 小时内自动发到注册邮箱（中英双语）。
- E-receipt: emailed automatically within 24 hours of payment (CN/EN bilingual).
- 增值税普通发票：在订单详情提交开票信息（公司抬头、税号），3 个工作日内通过邮件发送 PDF。
- VAT ordinary invoice (China only): submit company name + tax ID in order details, PDF sent within 3 business days.
- 商业发票（境外结算）：Stripe / 境外汇款客户可申请英文 Commercial Invoice，便于公司报销。
- Commercial Invoice (cross-border): Stripe / wire customers can request an English commercial invoice for reimbursement.
